Presentation :

The 54 acres Clichy Batignolles district and the eco-friendly housing buildings, offices and infrastructures along with the Martin Luther King park (10 acres) and the court of Paris was established on former industrial wastelands owned by the SNCF (national railways).

North of the Batignolles, this district offers an interesting insight into modern architecture (Tour Unic, Residence Emergence, Quintessence Building, Java and Season offices) while matching the eco-friendly new requirements such as revegetation, renewable energies, biodiversity, mobility. In 2021 it won the eco-district label.
