The 54 acres Clichy Batignolles district <\/strong>and the eco-friendly housing buildings, offices and infrastructures along with the Martin Luther King park (10 acres) and the court of Paris was established on former industrial wastelands<\/strong> owned by the SNCF (national railways).North of the Batignolles, this district offers an interesting insight into modern architecture<\/strong> (Tour Unic, Residence Emergence, Quintessence Building, Java and Season offices) while matching the eco-friendly new requirements<\/strong> such as revegetation, renewable energies, biodiversity, mobility. In 2021 it won the eco-district label.<\/p>\n
